This is a wonderful way to keep track not only of your glucose levels but also your weight. I highly recommend it as a tool to assist you with your Diabetes. I have used this app since 2016 and have a record of my weight and blood glucose for almost every single day since then! It works!

Reports are difficult to use!

Extremely useful app for keeping track of glucose and weight. Very easy to learn and use. On screen reports are fast and effective in showing data in charts and/or reports. The Export feature sends all data in a variety of forms that the user specifies. I’ve used this for years. Get it!

Easy to use

This has made keeping track of my levels easy rather than trying to find a pen and note pad. Then I can print out for the doctor if I need to. This has made my life easier THANKS My doctor likes the print out I can provide for him also Thanks again for this app

This application is easy to use and extract data to use for analysis within an Excel spreadsheet. This app is stable and simple. Update: I am now importing (csv) data from a device that measures my glucose. It works well, but this app does not then send the data to the apple Health app. I tried contacting support 3 times without any response. I guess it is time to discontinue using this apple. Update; It’s time to abandon this application. The support has killed it

I love this app because I can keep up with my glucose readings.

Perfect it just tracks blood sugar and weight. The free version is good if it’s just you; you can even make reports for your doctor.

Just started using this recently. It’s easy to use to keep track of my blood sugars and weight. I really like it!

Pop up application appears when I try to add new reading. Application locks me out of adding new entry. Unable to skip or cancel the pop up sales application rendering Glucose Companion record keeping useless.

When recording glucose results, the app seems to insist on re-recording the last weight measurement again… which isn’t accurate.

Great features ease of use

Like the graph feature. Would really be great if it could either read the Libre system sensor or auto import the Libre readings.

I've been very satisfied with the tracker and it's ease of use. I use it daily and it has helped me tremendously. Changed my diet, used tracker to log readings, and my A1c went down to a normal level. I recommend it to anyone who needs an app to log in data with easy access. Btw, for it to keep track of weight accurately you need to change weight in tracker, as well as health app and Apple Watch app. I’ve continued using the tracker and it is a helpful tool. I have times when I forget to update it for a few days and entering the information reminds me how I’m doing and whether I need to be more diligent. I’ll keep using it! 2024: still use the app daily, very useful tool!

I liked this app from the start but really love it now that I know how to export my data and print it out. Those printouts come in handy when I have my doctor's visits and diabetic nurse visits. Graphs and pie charts make my glucose data easy to read and analyze. It's worth the price! I don't do log books anymore and backing up my data meant not losing it when my phone went "swimming!" I highly recommend this app. I am type 2 diabetic.

I use this app daily. It has a backup function, and ability to send history reports to email in various formats. Reasonably priced as well.

It has everything I need to track sugar level and weight. Print out reports for my medical consultation is easy. Love it.

Great app but I wish it had a space for my A1C the at is the only thing I would change on this app

I’ve used this app for five + years! As Type II diabetic this app has helped me to lower and maintain a 6.1 A1C. I strongly recommend this to any diabetic trying to manage their disease with analytical information.

I love this app! It is very easy to use. My doctor can see my numbers whenever she wants. All I have to do is pull up the app and my numbers are right there for her to look at. This app is helping me lower my sugar. My doctor finally took me off two of my medications. I would recommend this app to anyone who’s a diabetic. As a Diet Controlled T2D, ACCU-Check Guide Me offers D/W/M/Y Glucose hx, as well as time and status of the measurement data. Moreover, Glucose (to baseline) is instantly visible via color code. Typically, the Unit is delivered with preset settings and ready-to-go out of the box. If setup is necessary, using the side button and the Unit’s forward/back keys make it a breeze. In short, the only thing not to like about the ACCU-Check Guide Me is the finger stick.

I'm a type one diabetic for the last 69 years. I've been using this app for at least FOUR years and have always been pleased. easy to set up an use. As with long-term diabetes I have diabetes retinopathy. The only request I would have is to make the printing darker, this has been done . Great app. I’m even better and greater app very happy. Thank you still a five star never have thought of any other and five star.

This App makes it so easy to document my glucose readings... I love the note section and the export features. I feel inspired to improve my readings.

I have been using this app for quite awhile. It is easy to use and you can update your doctor with the information that you record instead of writing it down in a booklet.

There is only one word to describe this App and that is Fantastic. I have been using this App for the last couple of years. It is so easy to use and when I go to the Doctors Office I always print out a report for the Doctor. I am a retired military veteran and my Doctor has told all of her patients about this App and now a lot of them are using it. I have shared this App with every veteran I know from the local VA Hospital and the feedback is that everyone thinks the App is Outstanding. Thank you Maxwell for helping our Military Veterans. In addition I would also like to recommend to everyone your Blood Pressure App. That App is also Fantastic. I would like Maxwell to consider this App for free to all Military and First Responders.

I loved this app, and I purchased it for a one time fee. Then suddenly I receive a message that says they can no longer support the app with the one time fee, and I need to subscribe to a yearly $9.99 charge to use all the features of the app. That is some ridiculous nonsense! I’ve had apps from other developers that changed from a one time purchase fee to a yearly subscription, but the change only impacted NEW USERS! If you had already purchased the app when the terms were a one time payment, the switch didn’t affect you. In my opinion that’s what a reputable company would do. I’m very disappointed, and will no longer be recommending this other great glucose tracker.

I have used this app for years now, have paid the yearly fee. Developer needs to be paid, understand. Now, it refuses to recognize my email account, and I cannot send reports to myself, to print and share with my doctor. I need help, please respond and help me fix this issue!
